All repairs are done by hand, and we aim to complete them within about 1 week from receiving your garment.
Repairs may be visible, and while we match threads and trims as closely as possible, exact matches aren’t always guaranteed.
If your repair requires anything significantly different from what you selected, we’ll always contact you before proceeding.
Please ensure your garment is clean and ready to work on.
We currently don’t offer denim hardware (e.g. buttons, zippers, rivets) or lingerie repairs.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the repair.
