Exchanges

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Store Credit

If an exchange isn’t possible, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the item (excluding shipping).

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
