Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here. Our mission is to help extend the life of your garments through thoughtful, high-quality repair. Before placing an order, please take a moment to read the terms below. They’re here to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Our Service
We provide a mail-in garment repair service. Customers select a repair online, send their item to us using the provided shipping label, and we repair and return it.

While we take great care with every piece, garment repair is not an exact science. Results will vary depending on the fabric, wear, and condition of each item.

Repair Outcomes
By using our service, you acknowledge that:

  • Repairs may be visible and may not restore the garment to its original condition
  • We aim for durability and neatness, but exact colour, fabric, thread, trim, or stitch matching is not always possible
  • Threads, trims, and replacement parts are matched to the best of our ability and within stock limitations
  • If there are any significant aesthetic differences required, we will contact you before proceeding
  • Some delicate or heavily worn garments may not withstand repair
  • If we believe a garment cannot be repaired to a reasonable standard, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

Assessment & Pricing
Our online pricing is based on standard repair types.

Once we receive your garment, we will assess it. If the repair required differs from your original selection:

  • We may proceed if it falls within a reasonable scope of the selected service, or
  • We will contact you to confirm any additional work or cost before continuing

If you choose not to proceed, return shipping fees may apply.

Turnaround Time
As all repairs are completed by hand, we aim to finish repairs within approximately one week from the time your garment is received and assessed.

Please note:

  • Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delays may occur depending on repair complexity, volume, or external factors

If you require a faster turnaround, please reach out before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping & Risk
We provide a shipping label for you to send your garment to us.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for packaging your item securely
  • We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit to us
  • Once your repaired garment is shipped back, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier
  • If you’re sending a high-value item, we recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance.

Garment Condition & Hygiene
All garments must be:

  • Clean and laundered
  • Free from excessive dirt, mould, or strong odours

We reserve the right to refuse service for items that do not meet these standards. In such cases, return shipping fees may apply.

Service Limitations
At this stage, we are unable to offer denim hardware (including buttons, rivets, and similar components) or lingerie repairs.

We may also decline certain repairs based on garment condition, materials, or complexity.

Liability
While we treat every garment with care, by using our service you agree that:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage that worsens during repair
  • Some fabrics may be fragile due to age or wear and may not respond well to repair

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the repair service or the declared value of the garment (whichever is lower).

Returns, Re-repairs & Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your repair, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment.

We may offer:

  • A complimentary re-repair where appropriate
  • A partial or full refund in certain cases
  • Refunds are not provided for:
  • Change of mind after work has been completed
  • Outcomes that fall within the expected nature of garment repair (as outlined above)

Unrepairable or Unapproved Items
If a garment is deemed unrepairable, or we are unable to reach you regarding additional work, we will return the item to you. Return shipping fees may apply.

If items remain unclaimed for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of them.

Prohibited Items
We do not accept:

  • Heavily soiled or contaminated garments
  • Hazardous materials
  • Items that pose a risk to our team or equipment

We may decline certain high-value or specialty items at our discretion.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
